#1- I had just traded my 65 L79 conv. (One owner super nice car) to Bill Mock for a 65 Cpe. (Red/Red Leather- FI- Drum Brakes-Original Window Sticker); and we were in the process of switching wheels and tires, as I wanted to keep my K/O's- Note the 63-64 wheels. This was circa 1977
#2-Five of us had gotten together for something at a friends house -My 65 R/R FI, a friend's 63 conv.-(a very early car,which he still has)-another friends 67 Cpe. L79 with A/C, which he sold last week, another friends 71 454 Cpe; and another friend's 75 conv.- circa 1978
65#3-Me in my newly acquired R/R 65 FI Cpe. in the midst of switching wheels/ tires- circa 1975

Here's my second Corvette when I drove to see my College roommate over spring break in Rochester NY. This was 1977 and the car was a red/red 454 4 speed. It had hooker headers and sidepipes when I got it and you can see the remnants of the modifications to the rocker moldings.

Exactly, as I have had the privilege of seeing both in person at the Lone Star Regional. The first time I saw the blue one was at the rainy 2015 Regional...love them both!!
