The car was running a small block, it was a 1964 theft recovery as many of the vintage race cars were. Here is a short history of the car.
The car was retrofitted with disc brakes for racing.

I'm not sure, Steven. Dave was from the Chicago area when he raced this car. I believe he ended up in Virginia.

Sunday racer----Monday ,back to work with her. This car has quickly become one very special part of our family. Triple Sliver 425. Still retains her original paint ,drivetrain, & guts. Special thanks to all who have been caretakers of her & Jim Gessner who found her for me !
