The license plate color matches 1957 Michigan plates. Could this be a Flint Chevrolet Assembly Plant building taken in late 57?

Jeff: Good catch on the color of the license. I noted the "Chevrolet Service" sign on the building (look above the Corvette driver's head). Several years later, there was (still or also?) a Warren MI Technical Center facility for "service evaluations". I think also for service of company cars, and etc. In the early 80s, I believe the location was somewhere in the NE area of the Technical Center property. I don't know if this much older photo relates to the building I am thinking of. Just attempting to help with the identification.

November 13, 1962, Cape Girardeau, MO:
Martin Milner, star of the television series "Route 66," stopped in Cape Girardeau briefly Tuesday to eat lunch at the Colonial Restaurant. He and eight members of his traveling party were all driving sleek sports cars similar to the one Mr. Milner was sitting on and drove off moments after the picture was taken.
