Moving is relative - you must mean the for sale signs wavering in the strong winds last week, houses on this street have the same for sale signs as they did a year ago. Hey - you're not a surveyor by any chance are you?

We'd have to keep the thread going for another year and we can do it. Zora's house is a close to being sold today as a year ago.

I do believe the GP Board of Realtors is salting the report. Serious, the best movement we have is the sign in the wind. Foreclosures and bank owned properties in the more accessible end of town OK..and George your folks probably did my survey nearly 20 years ago. Has your name on it!

Tom, I know all too much about those, had that happen and a 427 only takes 20 minutes to over heat in November and blow all sorts of coolant and steam all over the place. The odd thing about that is that it does find the weak parts of your system.

Before rebuilding the original, my 2 cents is wait a few months to early next year. There is someone local working on this, and I believe mine was an older 'standard rebuild' we see offered. So this one is on the shelf while a GM issue part keeps that fan moving. The cooler weather is a relief, I did not get over 180 this weekend.

That home got leased on Sept 4th for $1,750 a month

Tom, if gas is $5.00 I will pay it. ( so will everbody else ) I NEVER want to wait in a F**king line at a gas station again. Or be told I can only buy x amount of gallons on an even or odd day. Just when you thought things are getting better. Oh yeah, you can always buy a new Chevrolet Volt. Saw one Saturday at my favorite Chevy Dealer, it had just come off the truck. Maybe the C8 Corvette will have an electric option, God knows the C7 will have a V6 option. You never know what tomorrow will bring. Waiting for 12/21/2012. LOL. Save the Wave.>George

Been using the turbo blue here also..at a small Gulf station on the other end of town..7.50$ gallon now..seems like a bargain when you think about it though..only 3.45 more a gallon than the 93 puke ethanol gas..and yes I love the smell also!
