I remember when they were trying to get almost double.

Issues are busy corner, crawl no basement, and tired, and then competition as there are many on the market with values half of what they were in the 80's.

Prices are about what they were in the middle '90's, certainly not half of what they were in the '80's.

Zora's old house went up for sale again - this time sold fast, but that is due to a realestate agent know for pricing houses to sell.

Hello to all, I was born and grew up a few blocks from the house, rode my bike as a kid and teen past the house hundreds of times in tne late 60s and early 70s, I remember the house but it was in much better shape and I always wondered what that person did for a living! because of the new corvettes, and other GM cars, not even thinking of Dora. I bought my 66 vette from my friend you lived two blocks away on South renaud, Concerning gas prices I was pumping gas on a four corner station intersection in 1969 on the border of Grosse Pointe and Detroit, it went down to 19.9 per gallon Premium was 22.9 those were the days!!

The pictures brought back very fond memories of those times Thanks for keeping the thread so I could enjoy!! Tony.
