Sounds like the Corvette Forum. 'Hey everybody, let's find out who's buying and perhaps have them killed or at least seriously injured.'
I recognize a name or two there. Tell ya something else, I know exactly who this guy is. Tell ya something else, I ordered one of his window stickers to see how good they are. Tell ya something else, it is easily detectable unless you don't know how to detect it and if that's the case...you're gonna be fooled.
I do agree if one purchases such things in order to commit fraud, that's sad...and illegal. If one buys this to be used for hobby, what's the difference from buying from Triple A? Is it just because it is aged? Are you guys so uninformed that's all it takes to fool you? If that's the case I would suggest before you buy a high dollar Corvette, hire someone to represent you that has a clue. If you don't, you could get a nasty surprise.
It's not our job at NCRS to be the moral compass for the universe.
