his positive feedback of a mere 87.5 % speaks for itself. don't think NCRS has much legal recourse for this scoundrel. mike

This is nothing new or unique to this seller, repro documents have been around for years.

Good grief. And, I wonder if their product is as lousy as their spelling.

Unless I miss my guess, this same seller has been providing POP items, owner's manuals, etc for several years. Caveat Emptor

This is a big reason why I personally value a verified original motor more than paperwork. I also prefer a verified ownership history as that can usually provide pictures which is huge and provide clues about the cars heritage ie 435hp vs 300hp and colors etc.

This is why Canadian cars from this era are so nice. Bullet proof documentation from GM of Canada!

It all depends on the car Phil. Just like most US cars. How they have been cared for is the key. As far as documentation goes though, There is no substitute for the authentic microfische records from General Motors of Canada. I think everything else is being reproduced from tank stickers, sales invoices, POP, you name it.....somebody's conterfiting it.

                          Hi,
I'd like to know where he gets the "patients", and what part of them goes into the documents?
                          Regards,

The only time I ever look at things like this on eflea is when someone posts a link. This seller, Chevycraft, and a few more have been doing this for 20 years or more. Not anything really new. There is one out there that is pretty good, but still detectable. They all lack some very important information that the originals have. Ain't a tellin' no secrets, nuff said
