After 4 days of no posting by our visiting Dutchman, I was ready to assemble a search party in an attempt to locate you guys!!
Hope you had fun, maybe in Las Vegas, where they say " What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas".

Dear friends,

after almost 18 hrs of travel I finally got home yesterday late afternoon! I can tell you I had a great trip and it was good to meet some old and new faces during the road tour and the convention! We had great fun.

During our trip we made lots of pics so it will be a nice job to sort them all out.

Some questions:
1) if you have some pics of us (the orange guys) then I would appreciate if you can share them with us!

2) does anybody know what the road tour sign collected in the silent auction? we donated it for the foundation, but due to our travel schedule we unfortunately missed the closing diner.

Dutch Chapter Members,
My son visited the National Meet in San Jose wearing a orange long sleeve Amsterdam shirt and the Dutch Chapter hat that I bought for him. He stated he found a Dutch member but he was unable to effectively communicate with him as both were not the best in understanding the others language. Do you have any idea who my son may have been talking too?

Rick, all the Netherlands nationals that I have had the pleasure to know speak Dutch, English and one other language fluently. I can't imagine your son not being able to communicate with any of the Dutch Chapter members who were in San Jose. We had a blast with the Dutchies and Aussies on the road tour and at the meet (not to mention over a few adult beverages).
