I would try to leave your car outside somewhere safe for the night and run through the practice PV at 8am when the car has been covered in dew and moisture. Some things might act up that have never had issues before. Also, if you typically test things in the morning when the engine is cold, run through the PV test at the middle of the day when the car has reached operating temps.
I drove the car 250 miles to my last PV and passed with flying colors. A few people gave me some crazy looks when they heard I drove the car for a PV, but have driven about 2000 miles since and plan to keep driving the car. Really wishing I didnt need the points from the 45 year old goodyear bias, the drive to Bloomington and Nationals would be a good one.
