Re: Bloomington Gold juging vs. NCRS
The actual desired time is 36 minutes 4 judges 1 for each judged area and operations as a team NCRS has 10 judges 2 for each of the 5 judged areas. But you have to realize at Bloomington the judging team can have 10 cars. The max for NCRS on 1 day is 8.- Top

But that includes the time the team takes to check each others sheets and go over them with the owner. 23 minutes is about right for actual judging time.Dick Whittington- Top

Re: Bloomington Gold juging vs. NCRS
William,
Drivers side window - upper rear- mounted inside the glass and read from the outside. Glued. I think it shows it in the assembly manuals.
If you tape it , to the inside of the window, you will probably not receive a deduction.- Top

Re: Bloomington Gold juging vs. NCRS
John, I also will be taking my 67 to Bloomington this year and it also is a Regional Top Flight winner (3X).
BG is the oldest and largest Corvette gathering I've ever been to. I was at the 2012 BC event when it was held at Pleasant Hills CC outside of Chicago. It was a great experience and I got a wealth of information talking with the judges.
The BG Certification is much different from NCRS Flight Judging although some of the judges do both NCRS and BG judging. There is only 1 team of judges that complete their inspection in less than 1 hour. When I planned to try for BG I searched for and fount many comments posted on the NCRS Forum. I posted my own questions and received helpful replies. When I got the BG scoring sheets I did a self evaluation using my most current NCRS scoring sheets.
One point I head from several people (don't know if true) is that you can expect the BG score to be 1% less than that of NCRS. That assumes your engine stamp and trim tags are true.
If I can help email me at ron.napoliello@comcast.net.
