Ron, if you are talking to me, the seepage past the seals, in particular the leakage around the rear wheel bearings, U-joint caps, calipers, under the carburator, oil pan, etc. Yes seals dry out over time, especially when a car is not driven, but this looks like a car that has set then was driven...a lot. Notice that the rust by the body mount and on the stabilizer bracket bolts is fresh. The stickers and general condition of the shocks appears to have a lot of mileage, at least more than indicated. I'm not saying that this car was restored, but this is how a restored car that is driven looks after a few years.
In my defense, it's hard to tell from pictures. These are good pictures, but they're still pictures.
