Re: POLL: would you like to see a for sale section on the forum?
I voted yes but what I envision is a specialized NCRS website area to search for, and instantly publish cars/car parts or requests classified ads, but not using this forum software. I would rather have an ebay or Craigslist like separate website area to offer classified ads functionality (combined with sponsored advertiser info) to our members.Rob.

Re: POLL: would you like to see a for sale section on the forum?
I'm with Rob M, please do not use the current software! A site worth looking at for features/functionality is audiogon.com, a specialty site for high-end audio. In a strange way, high end audio and car restoration share some similarities. Both highly specialized (bordering on esoteric) with very knowledgeable members. Within the last few years, they upgraded the functionality of the site substantially.
Face it guys, Driveline doesn't cut it anymore for buying/selling ... (I am putting on my flame retardant suit now ;-)- Top

This would be a great service for the members. If the NCRS adopts the Audiogon model, it would also be a source of income to help pay for this site. I would rather see my money go to the club than ebay.
