I'll second that. The RPO 684/687 brake shoes mentioned earlier are easy compared to a real AC 329C. Lots of fake ones out there but only a very few real pieces.

I don't even want to think of the hours I spent searching on my LT-1 so I can't even imagine hunting C1 parts. BUT, I was looking through the Atlanta Craigslist for a door handle and ran across this freshly posted ad for a three carb setup for a 53-54. Don't know how rare but if you're looking. Don't know if that price is high but after my project nothing surprises me

took me 5 years to find exhaust manifolds for my 396 65 coupe

Accelerator/throttle cable for a 1974. Strangely, and for what reason I do not know, it is unique to that year.

*Edit*-Oops, I see that Dr. Rebuild has it.

Can't be many NOS 1969 BB 4-speed radiators out there. Probably getting harder to find an NOS one for an automatic too.

An NOS or even nice used tinted windshield for a 68 through 72 is tough. I know, I've been looking for one for about a hundred years.

Some of these old parts are getting real tough to lay your hands on.

The bracket that holds the TI Amplifier on the front of the 1964 core support.

I was just reading about Dan Pepper and his 70 ZR1. I'll bet he will have a part or two to add to this list.

                          Dale-

I do need an L88 starter dated '69, as well as F41 shocks. Thankfully the car was very complete with the exception of the starter and shocks. I already have the really hard to find bits including the 4489 date correct NA9 Holley and the NA9 carb/intake heat shield (the shield is a hand made repro, but very well done), as well as a full K19 system via Bill Hodel. Pirkle has the 884 alternator on his bench now...

Any idea where you got the Holley? (Besides ebay)

Was it You? Think I bought it from an NCRS member on fleabay - it's nicely restored - beautiful work. And the dates line-up perfectly for the car's July 1 build date. Tough carb to find, that's for sure.

The little chrome shoulder belt guides that go on top of '69 seats and the two screws that mount them. I took a correct screw to a specialty hardware store and they could name the screw type buy could not find any manufacturer that produces them any more. I checked with about 50 place to find one guide.
