              Re: Personalized licence plate

I got tired of people asking me what year my 1962 was. My state, Massachusetts, will not allow more than 6 characters, and letters, if used, must appear before numbers. "62", and "1962" were taken. So, I got plate number "XX1962."

Made the situation worse. People would drive crazy to pull up to me and ask what "XX" meant.

Radio Hams use X's at the end of a message to mean "Love and Kisses". Not sure if two "X's" is enough, or whether it takes three.

Were the people who asked you young and pretty girls? If so, you blew your chance.
