C2 Frame shim tape installation question

Looking to find some info on shim tape installation on a 66 , I am sure there is a right way and a over restored way to do this

On my 64 the tape was over the shims (not sure if all of them) and around the cushion.
That seems to be a little different than what is being talked about.
"not sure if all of them" was able to verify it's over all the shims, able to see some on center shims.

However that tape still exists on my Mar64 and the body has never been off.

I had a little tape left from a few of the mounts seemed like the tape just draped over the shims but I thought the mount by the kickup had it wrapped around like in the picture in the link

Jack , thanks for trying to blow up the picture , looks like mount 2+5 the tape is place over the shims but on number 4 it looks like it has some tape wrapped around along with a piece going over the top but doesn't look like its 2" wide but can't be certain
