2024 National Convention Rooms

Well, it's 7:53pm on Feb 2nd.
Apparently all the Embassy Suites rooms are booked?
The hotel link through our registration page says, "Sorry, we don't have any rooms available for those dates."

This is what worked for me:
1) go to https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/phf...ention-center/
2) click the Special Rates button
3) put in the NCRS Group Rate code 90X & click Done
4) put in the Dates
5) click on Check Rooms & Rates

It’s a bit glitchy.
I did it by choosing dates, then clicking on the Special Rates button and entering the 90X code in the Group rate
Once I did the rooms opened up.

I called yesterday morning about 8 AM and the lady told me they only had 4 rooms left. With that being said all the blocks rooms are gone.

There are overflow hotels with NCRS rates also, they are all listed here

Can Someone Fix The Issue With The Embassy Suites Reservations. This Is Very Frustrating A Fellow Member Has Tried And Encountered The Same Issues As Me I Can’t Access The Other Hotel Sites

I was able to get a room through that method.
Blood pressure now lower; stress level decreased.
Usually I wouldn't have had Feb 1st slip through the cracks...

Me too! Just registered at Embassy Suites. The selection of days for my stay was a little clunky but got I it to work eventually.

i had the same problem. i entered the dates of 8-3 to 8-9 and it said full.
i called and they told me the NCRS only has room rate from 8-4 to 8-9, so i had to change the date to read 8-4 to 8-9 and now it worked.
i than call the hotel and told them i also need room for 8-3 and they gave it to me at the NCRS rate.
