Re: 1966 stamp pad opinions please
Too bad we have no way of knowing how our Corvettes left the factory, unless we have an ORIGINAL window sticker, or maybe a copy of the ORIGINAL dealer's order copy- All we really have are "opinions" No?- Top

Still not good enough E.J., all the window stickers and tank stickers and dealers invoices in the world will not prove that engine in the car was the one installed in the factory before it left.Big Tanks In the High Mountains of New Mexico- Top

Michael- I agree with what you are saying, but tell me how you can "prove" that the engine in the car is the one that it left the factory with?
No matter what you say, that is just someone's opinion! (albeit maybe a highly educated opinion)
If you have "proof" (ORIGINAL window sticker, ORIGINAL tank sticker, or Original Dealer Invoice-ETC.) of the car's engine and all other options when it left St.Louis -At least the car would not be another "Tribute"
I think we are kind of saying the same thing?- Top
