One of the many people here I had hoped to meet in person one day.
Jim, I will join you in a toast.

      Re: Loren Lundberg

When I lived in Arizona I met Loren through Don Hill. Don was restoring the body of my 66 and Loren and I would hang around the shop. We traveled together to corvette events around the country. We always had a good time and I got to appreciate his unique ways. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to the Lundberg family.

loren was one of a kind--sarcastic at times, always very knowledgeable, and a frequent participant in NCRS "parking lot parties" of the 80's and 90's. I'll miss you old buddy. RIP. mike mccagh

Very sad! Loren was a treasury of Corvette information; and he helped keep the organization on the right path. He will be greatly missed! My condolences to the family. Mark

Re: More Sad News- Loren Lundberg

Very sad news. I just corresponded by email with Loren on June 29 inquiring about his health to which he responded "Fighting it a bit. Cancelled PS. Right now fighting with computer more". Loren was a good friend who contributed immensely to our hobby. I will miss him. My deepest sympathy and condolences to his family.

Re: More Sad News- Loren Lundberg

I first met Loren in 1975 when he arrived at my house to look at some 1958 Corvette wheelcovers I had advertised locally. We've been friends ever since. We've been to swap meets and conventions together. Loren was a Corvette do-it-yourself-er. He did his body work himself and I would help spray the paint. The last car I helped spray the paint onto was the Camaradi Corvette. More recently we had shared swap space at local swap meets until last year when Covid hit. I will miss Loren.

When I heard from Jim Gessner yesterday, in deep sadness I poured a Pappy Van Winkle neat and toasted Loren
with great joy. Will miss his unusual style and his great knowledge. My sympathy to his family.

Loren, I considered one of my best friends, we often disagreed but he was man enough to admit that we had the right to disagree and remain friends and that we did I will miss him. God speed my friend, Priscilla our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. He was a great friend and we will miss him.
