Corvette was owned/leased by 3M Co. for testing the fiberglass and some adhesive formulations. Don't know for sure if this was a 53 or 54.... My older brother brought it home from work for a day....... Probably the first Corvette to see a Minnesota winter......if not the first Corvette in Minnesota.........

Two completely different vehicles... the B&W photo is the first Corvette I ever rode in (1973).
The color photo is the second Corvette I purchased (1987)... I got lucky to find a lookalike, as even the power bulge hoods were painted similar.
Every time I take out my '66, I get to relive my first ride!
