There is software that reproduces the part from photos. An expensive scan isn't really really necessary any more.
3d modeling, using measurements, isn't all that difficult for the well versed in Solid-works or Fusion 360.
I would give it a try using a blown up picture and measurements. Issue is I am not very proficient in Fusion.
I do know where to get help when needed.
I inserted a picture of a wrench holder in the process of printing.
