    Greg ,

The Meguiars products work even better on a hard top as you can really bear down on the plexiglass window.

      Cleaning
I used a new "microfiber towel" (damp) and rubbed it in 6" circles, then wiped clean with a nice soft cotton bath towel. I did the outside of the widow first with the top latched down in the back and loosely attached in the front. The big purple bath towel was for protection and a place to put the towel or mf-towel. After completing the outside I did the inside by opening the top at the rear and folding it onto the purple towel. I think I flipped it open and closed 3 or 4 times until I was satisfied all streaks, smears, dirt, and hazed were gone from both sides.

The hardest part was getting right to the four edges of the clear and trying not to go onto the white. I probably could have set the heat in my garage lower as I was in a Tee shirt and actually sweating when I was done with either stage.

I will have to replace the top though. If you look real close in the before picture, you'll see how it is de-bonding from the top itself and there is actually a small hole. About the size of a pencil diameter.

But the rear window came out pretty darn good IMHO
