I ended up booking at the Hilton Garden Inn, I wanted a place with a full time restaurant since there seem to be few in that area.

We'll try to make it over to Legal Seafood (our favorite when we lived in Boston) that is not far, on Sunday or Monday for dinner. But knowing how crowded it will be around there, best to do it early. After Denver we gave up on staying and eating at the host hotel, never again.

As Gary states, once you move away from the limited-space host hotel, the Crowne Plaza, you are looking at least a mile away but without knowledge of the "on the ground travel time" no telling trave; time

The Holiday Inn Express is nearest. Most others are farther, near the airport.

Good News, NCRS has rented a Race track with an Oval and a Road Course for the drive in from the LNO. This activity is open to all members registered on the National Road Tour. Lunch will be available at the track. The time at the track will cut down on the waiting at the Hotels for a room.
Your RT registration includes parade into the Convention site, two t-shirts, two Hat pins, custom name tags, static cling and a great LNO reception all for $65.

Michael, That is a good question. Helmets and catch cans are NOT required, for these track laps.

The online registration for the 2016 National went live at 12:00:01 this morning 2/1/2016. Many folks have registered already. Just a reminder that some of the car flight judging classes will fill up quickly, as an example I know that one class already has 5 cars registered for flight judging.

JR, all the ones that land in Providence or Boston. But Boston is a long drive to the host hotel.
