Configuration looks like the one on the left, but I am hoping the distortion in shape (in the picture it looks oval to me) is due to the camera lens. Finish should be dark phosphate and oil. I am not sure if the center hole is the correct diameter again because of photo limitations.Terry- Top

The GM #3790342 was first used for the 1962 Chevy II application. Their Corvette use began for the 1965 model year and continued right through 1982. They were finally discontinued about 5 years ago. They were used with a specific bushing, GM #3790341, which are also discontinued.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Hi Mike,
I think your picture also illustrates the difference in 'arc' of the retainer for the front shock absorber bushing retainer (greater, and on the left), than the 'arc' in the retainers for the a-arm bushings (lesser, and in the center).
