Reviving an old thread. Sorry about that!

Isn't it possible for two engine pads to have the same serial number if one of them comes from a coupe and the oither from a convertible?

No. The VINs were sequential irrespective of whether the car was coupe or convertible.

This car is the first I have seen with both a small and big block engine option at the same time. It also seems to float around in varies auctions. Would love to see a trim tag photo.
Save your energy, trim tag and paperwork are non OEM, this car has floated around at various auctions eBay, Mecum, etc. for at least 8 years
