Your not complaining? Boy I'd be PISSED!

There is no excuse for awful customer service. Has he stole from you? Don't be passive, too many times in this hobby we put up with way too much in hope of a great product. Don't ever forget who's the customer just because the vendor has. If we as as consumers don't patronize bad vendors the better service professionals will rise to our attention.

By what remote chance might you recieve an excellent product if they cant be bothered to perform timely?

Great news Jeff. Thank you. Great input Cathy . It was nice that Terry chimed in on the timing. Jim did get married and just got tied up some. We have since spoken and all is good.

I have been following this since the beginning. I too was curious about the numbers.

Jeff, I do not have the "C" you are talking about, but I do have a "C" "R" in small circles just above where the rear back throttle plate rod comes out on the passenger side.

Patrick, On the 72 base carburetors you were speaking of, can you tell me what the number on the drivers side rear flange is? Mine is in a small circle, 1400006 as I mentioned before.
Also, just FYI, where Jeff has the 3667 on the side below the 7042973, I just have a "5".
I was wondering if you had anything there too Patrick?

          Monte,

I have a variety of years of carbs, as some are also parts carbs from non-Corvettes and some are for my Olds Cutlass.
I was looking at all of them for the "C", not just the 1972 carbs.
