Is there suppose to be a ground wire from the radio to the passenger side valve cover? Looks like I have one on the driver side is that correct?

Top, rear valve cover screw on passenger side is correct.

I'm guessing that, in this instance, my '62 is the same as your '59. On a '62, the main harness ground goes to the driver's side valve cover. If you bought the radio option, then there was a separate and dedicated ground from the radio to the passenger side inboard valve cover. If you have a radio, then there should be two ground wires to the valve covers - one to the driver and one to the passenger side.

Chris, I think you forgot about the Wiper Ground also on the right side, so 2 grounds on that screw. 1 Main ground on the left. This is for 58 to 62.
