    Dan, that is a great story thanks for sharing it. Again these are the thoughts that are bouncing around for me.

    Rich, thanks for advice. I do plan to drive, enjoy and learn about this car during the warm weather months here. I do lean towards the side of enjoying driving the car as Dan does. I also like something that looks nice and can hold it's own when compared to others so somehow I guess I will have to try and find the best of both worlds. I am sure I am not the first one to think that. From the little bit of documentation I have it appears the car was well taken care of. John Ballard did the inspection for me and felt it was a good driver, however to use John's words it could blow up tomorrow, god forbid. I have had a 70 and 03, 50th anniversary, both rag tops, in the past and I have enjoyed both of them. This is my first C1 so it is a learning experience to say the least. I like your tip on the little spare parts kit and the storage location. I will definitely be putting one of those together. That is the great thing about this forum, you learn all these little tricks that others have learned. Thanks and keep them coming.
