    Scott, I figured it was a 73 because you posted for 73-77 and one of pix shows the cutout for the exhaust which the later ones do not have, rear bond lines, extra nut on the rear x member, bumper struts bolt holes were used, rear fiberglass, rear vapor line.

            The wire wheel process can be used to obtain a good result. These wheels are available in different aggressive configurations and should be used like you would use sandpaper. Course down to fine. Conical brushes for tight areas and such. No argument here as far as the greater results with body off and blasting or dipping but wire brush route can do a pretty good job if you do a pretty good job yourself.
