Welcome Scott! Knew you from the other forum. Great bunch of guys here. The under carriage looks pretty good. Below is a pic of the frame after I cleaned it up and painted it with the body on. Bill Frame 1.jpg

Put a big screen TV in the Garage and put the vette up on ramps. Tell her it will be like going to the Drive In back in the day if it is not road worthy by then

                    Hahaha! Will do....
I did do a little work tonight and wire wheeled the diff crossmember, hope to paint it tomorrow and complete the entire rear cleaning (including the tank) by mid week next week. I like the Rustolium approach for painting the frame. I have a touch up gun and wonder of it would be better to spray than brush on?
another question I have is I like to keeping of my posts on one thread unless I am struggling getting responses hahah. Is that best in this forum or is it better to post each question in different threads on this site?

                    Thanks
                    Scott

I used Rustoleum Satin in a spray can. Like the way it spray on touches up. Price is right too. I just had to do a LOT of masking.

Here is another one. Still have a little work to do and pics are just from the phone. Ignore the dust Remnants from wire wheeling the frame.

No Primer. Factory did not use primer. I did use a product called Prep Spray by Dupli-color to remove any remaining residue, then wiped everything down with lacquer thinner before painting. I use the Prep Spray and lacquer thinner for all parts I paint.

Below is one more picture I had.

Anyone have an opinion on using OSPHO on the frame?
