Re: 1965 pop
As I recall, in 1968 the second-owner POP was created and supplied by Central Office, subsequent to receipt of a "Transfer of Warranty" application from the dealer; it had the full vehicle VIN, but NONE of the other powertrain codes (engine, trans, diff, etc.) that were on the original, plus the second owner's name and address, all stamped on the metal Addressograph plate, in the format shown below. Not sure how it was done for '67.
