C-3 coupe body lift

Has anyone ever lifted a C-3 coupe body off of the frame using the straps that hook under the door sills and come to a center point? I think Corvette Central sells them.

Yes I used them to remove my 70 coupe body . The ones I had put allot of strain on the body panels . I think there are better ways to do it . I have also used a cherry picker with a cross bar and chains going to the door striker and the hood latches . My favorite is a set of camper jacks . One person can remove or install a body .

Thanks Bill. By body panels, did you mean the T-top panels? I wasn't sure if I should take those off for the lift or not.

Justin the ones I used clipped under the rockers and were very tight against the front fender and door . I would not use it again . The safest way would be a two post lift with swing out arms . I used these at work before I retired . At home I use camper jacks .
