    Glovebox Door Restoration

    1967 Glovebox Door

Can you recommend someone (even if it's yourself) who will install a new aluminum front without replacing the rivets; paint both the front and inside while not disturbing the original tire pressure label and reinstall the Corvette emblem?

Thank you in advance to all who would recommend that it is an easy DIY project - have two doors to be restored and just do not have the time.

    Any referrals would be appreciated.

Jim, check with Andy Cannizzo. I believe I overheard him say that he can do this.

          James,

See if your provider can provide an insert with a slight horizontal brush instead of a mat type finish.

I appreciate judging with you, maybe I'm a little too picky on the insert finish.

Good to hear from you - agree on the brushed aluminum finish.

We will use the insert available from LIC.

Do you know of a vendor who can supply an insert with a more original finish?
