Small block pulley question.

Can someone provide me the dimension between the center of the crankshaft to the center of the water pump shaft?
The engine is a 64 327 with a stock water pump(short pump).

The dimension you seek is 7.04" and is the same for all Gen I small blocks.

So with the 7.04" dimension, in theory I should be able to use 7.00" dia. pulleys if they are truly 7.00".

Bruce A 7" diameter pulley will only be half way to the center of the water pump. Remember the other half of that 7 inches will be below the crankshaft. High hp pulleys are 8" in diameter.

Yes, as long as BOTH the balancer and waterpump pulleys are 7" or less in MEASURED OD, it should work.
