I used my 4 post lift to lift the body off the frame. Simple,1 man operation. I had to put blocks under the posts to be sure it went high enough because I didn't want to remove the gas tank or tires first. If you removed the tank, it wouldn't be necessary.

Nice setup....Did you have any issues getting the doors back on and aligned properly without chipping the paint? That's want conserns me most about installing the doors after painting on coupe. Lacquer chips so easy.

No problem what-so-ever. Everything lined up perfectly. I've been doing it this way for many, many years.
