To start, I searched the archives, including All 97 pages of the 63-64 threads....
I also looked at AIM.
Here is the question:
The internal turn signal cable attaches to the switch at the lower end of the column.
During removal of interior, some idiot.... (Me) managed to pull that wire off the switch.
How exactly does the switch captivate the wire? It seems pretty flimsy.
once I figure out how to properly reattach down near the firewall end I assume it will have to be adjusted so the middle sliding position matches the "off"position of turn signal stalk
