Bringing this old thread back to life as I need the same fan shroud mounting bracket for 1968 L71 GM3935770. Anyone have a used one laying around collecting dust?

Question, I have read that a 68 big block shroud is the same as a 68 small block with Air. Would this be correct ?

They were similar but not the same. However, the SERVICE shroud assembly for the 427 was the same as the SERVICE shroud assembly for small block with C-60 and/or M-40.

Is the radiator shroud bracket in production? I checked the Corvette Central website and didn't see it listed.

You can make one from a small block bracket but it will take some work. Cut the dip out of the center, weld in the hole. Make side skirts and weld them on the two ends. then cut off the skits off at a angle. I've done it but it took about 5 1/2 hours.
