In the current addition of the Restorer Roy Sinor mentioned the Protect-O-Plate will no longer be judged and no points will be assigned. Why was this decision made? How does the Protect-O-Plate differ from other owner instruction items that still remain part of judging. The emissions label, starting procedure label, tire pressure label, jacking instruction, etc etc. are all part of the scope of judging. Aren't these also considered documents?
Just curious.
