    1966 425 Heads picture

    Could someone post pictures of the front of correct heads (both drivers and pass side) for a 1966 425 HP car? Thanks in advance.T

        The most unique feature of these heads is the provision for the sparkplug heat shield retain bolt on a small boss nest to the exhaust port. That is pretty much what makes then detectible from later heads at 10 foot distances.

          I thought some/all had a T casting symbol on the end of the head.......plus the spark plug barrel holes that Bill mentioned.

            Or triangles markings at the front with a G Inside?

                  I believe that there are other heads that also have the heat sheld characteristic. So are there any
                  Other identifiers to look for? On the front part of the head?
