Here are pics of an early 63 radiator support. Support is stamped of both left and right side in same location. Logo looks like MTD. My original April 63 has no such stamping. It does have the cutout and mounting holes for the trans cooler and lines even though it's a manual trans car.

Jeff,

I found that same manufacturer's mark ("MTD Co.", for Modern Tool & Die Company) stamped into the backside of the horizontal bar (RH Body Hinge Pillar Brace Asm) of my '67, where the VIN and Trim Tag are riveted, you'll probably need a mirror or hold a camera up there to see it.

Well, I don't have a picture, but I clarified things.

The logo is an "L" logo, AND it's on the engine side of the radiator core support, passenger side, UNDER the voltage regulator.

Now, I have to admit that I haven't taken my voltage regulator off to check mine yet...................

So, sorry for any confusion.

No concern from a practical standpoint. Just something interesting. The owner has 3 63 coupes. Only found the logo on one of them IIRC.
