That's how mine ('67) looks, and it's the same p/n for 1964-67.
I suspect the template you've drawn in red is correct for '64, but we can't go by the drawing in the 64AIM as definitive, because that same drawing (for the cooling tube elbow) is used in the 1963 AIM too, showing just one screw like all the other AIMs. I'm guessing that the '63 (with its different p/n elbow tube) used two screws, and 1964-67 were all the same and used 1 screw, but I don't know for sure.
SOMEBODY here must know the difference between a 1963 and 1964 cooling tube elbow, and the characteristics of the 1964 cooling tube elbow... if no one around here knows, then who does?
