After almost 9 months of looking, I found a 7041213 DM for my Jan '71 350/270 4spd Coupe.
The carb on the car was a 1705 service replacement from the later 70s or so, and was getting pretty tired. The difference is amazing to say the least.
The 704 was missing a float bowl vent tube and the vacuum choke diaphram, but was otherwise intact and appeared to have never been apart.
The Julian Date is 2310, which I know is kind of a stretch, but it was the only one I could find that was late-ish in 1970. I found several that were Jan/Feb 71, but I kept looking.
I sent it out to http://customrebuiltcarbs.com/ in NJ for their version of a Show Quality Restoration ($365), and couldn't be happier with their work.
Here are a couple pics.
