Re: CE Blocks
if you could show that it was replaced under warranty with supporting documentation, then it should recevive more. with out the documentation, every sob would be ******ing CE blocks out of all kinds of cars. as far as NCRS is concerned the block is not historical signnificance for their judging standards. ******ing CE blocks
I cant believe that it will not let me post a word that is not nasty, the word is s, natching, to grab something? what the ****?
with a POP and dealer docs, lets give it 250 points, its not the cars fault. I thought the awards were worthless, since NCRS does not certifiy cars?- Top

Re: CE Blocks
at the end of the day you still have a NOM, its just the way it is. I wish it was different but that's the way it is. I mean after all we are talking about a mass produced truck block for all intense an purpose. were not talking about some hand assembled engine that came with a pedigree I just think with good documents they should get more points. I would rather see that than a block that was re stamped, just to gain all the points. you know these cars were driven hard, and some did not survive with out that OEM engine. I admire anyone that takes a car and saves it from the great scrap yard in the sky. its just all these investors, and guys that don't really care about the car that have in my ruined the hobby, at yes it is an should be a hobby not some place where you can make money by deceiving someone with a re stamped engine pad.- Top

Now with your worthless evaluation of the NCRS Awards you have grasped the essence of what we are all about. But you have to keep it a secret. Don't let the cat out of the bag by telling anyone or our scheme won't work any more. The Awards are really worth something. The ribbons used to cost $5, but with inflation they are now worth $8.25. You have to keep that a secret too. Do you know all the trouble some folks go to to get those cheap worthless ribbons?Terry- Top
