    No cement, they just snap in the hole. You might need to remove the plug sometime for cleaning and cement would be a problem.

            And when do we start making the owners take the battery out so we can see the #2 with the Broach Buster?

                The reason I would ask them to remove the battery is so I could check the depth of the 2.
