I found a possible solution I would like to try so I enabled the buttons once more. For those who had problems before let me know if this is still the case...

I think there might be a slight improvement, but there is still a delay on all three computers I use. Still a problem.

I would say there was more of an improvement on the iPad.

I did notice something else, but I don't know if it helps you. The Facebook link on the right side of the page appears right away. The other links on the left side are the ones that are delayed.

DELAY?!? Keep it simple - it was ONE MINUTE FORTY-SEVEN SECONDS before I could make AN ENTRY ON THE POLL under the slower-than-a-pinto category. Tell me again about the fantastic benefits of exposure....

The delay gets longer as the topic grows. I'm now waiting 33 seconds just to open this topic. and I have to hit the back button numerous times to get out and back to the discussion list. This is running IE. When I run with Chrome, the response times are immediate.

I am running IE 8 with Windows XP SP3 with symantic 360 Virus software DSL Service conection from Embarq. Swithched computers with the same softare and it running a little better. But still slower than before the Icons appeared.

What kind of internet connection are you on? Who is your ISP?
