I believe the option "Graffiti" was there but under the black out. At least it was on Norwood cars I have done.

That's correct, but the "graffiti artists" put them on TOP of the blackout.

Are those power steering lines nicked and abraded in picture # three?

I don't recall seeing any paint marks on the front suspension of my 71 whe I re-did the suspension. The spring tags were intact, but no colors that I could readily see.

Conversely, the front suspension on my 60 had all of the typical paint / inspection marks present.
