The problem was, Pam had just taken the last picture in the camera of some duck in the creek there in the park. We've still got the lame picture of that duck as a grim reminder of an opportunity missed. How much value could a picture like that have added to the car when I'm gone and my kids have the auction?

Can ya post the picture of the stupid duck

It's a nice duck. Laughed out loud when I saw the pic. Waited all day !

The coupe has been driven regularly and has been on many NCRS Road Tours. In 2009, we traveled 3882 miles to San Jose and had the coupe judged at the National event. Scott and Kay Sinclair
When Scott and others restored Vettes in the `90s parts were replaced, if needed, with original correct parts. So for me, these Vettes would score very similar today because these are the Vettes we all learned from when we started judging.

I'm still lookin' for the duck picture. It's made me go through several thousand old car pictures from '80's and '90's. Lotsa' fun memories there.

              The duck WILL BE FOUND.

I agree with Dick. I own a '65 Red/red L76 A/C Coupe that when owned by a member in New Hampshire, took a Chapter and Regional Top Flight in 1989 and 1990, respectively. The car, under one of the subsequent owners (but before me), was sprayed with clear coat over the lacquer paint. With the resulting 85 point originality deduction, the car took only a very high 2nd Flight at the Texas Regional in 2009. This change in "flight status" was due to much more than the clear respray.
