I did not see the front and rear baffle seal in the AIM I am replacing the support and shroud seals. I want to make sure I get them all.

Which ones are the "baffle seals?"
I don't recall any seals with that name.

I can`t figure out if this is just a seperate part of the radiator support or does it fit on the lip of the radiator.

Your pic is definitely a support. Just appears to be the 68 version, showing the K/L seals belonging to the lower metal baffle in my pic. I should also say the metal setup appears on the 70 SB but not the A/C variety.
Here's a pic from a vintage doc catalog,(vol.26 with the helicopter cover) showing the supports. Think you're referencing the wrong support
