Pat, did you receive Corvette Quarterly after your purchase ?? Just curious. Was your car one that had been in inventory a while, or did you order it. Just trying to run through some scenerios on how the documents might not have gotten to you. What was the delivery date of your car ?
I ordered the car around April of 96, and I think it arrived sometime in June. However, I didn't actually pick up the car until September (long story). I did receive CQ shortly after I picked the car up.

It was only a couple of years ago, at the most, that I even realized I should have gotten these, and am disappointed I did not.

Since you did receive CQ, the dealer for sure reported your delivery. You didn't by any chance have a change of address during the time you bought the car, did you ??

Nope, no change of address. I still get mail at the same address where the CQs were delivered. Wouldn't that have been the same address where they should've delivered the letter and keys?
