    Which would you choose?

I have a 1966 Nassau Blue conv. with bright blue interior. It has bolt-on knockoffs with gold line tires. It presently has a black top,but I am going to have a new top put on as soon as I decide on a color. I am leaning toward white which was the original color top. Which would you choose?
    Thank you for your input.

30 years ago I had a white top put on my Milano Maroon 1966 but I believe that the original top was also white.

My nassau blue/blue 65 had a saddle top and it looked excellent.

My '66 has the same color combination with the rare tan top. Here's a shot of the car at the Joplin Regional judging.

Thank you so much for the accolades. Lots of time, labor and $$$ went into this resto.

I'm glutton for punishment I reckon as I'm going to have it judged again at the Lone Star Regional in late October. Thanks again.

                David,

I would pick white. It is a great combination with your blue. Have you done your research on who makes the closest top to the original? You will be happy you did.

White is harder to keep clean.

You cannot lose staying with the original color.

I'd be interested to hear what you guys think about who makes the most accurate restoration top.

                          David,

I think White goes better with blue, Nassau or Marina:

Don't tell anybody, mine was originally black.

I'll give another vote for white.

It seems that white is the color most prefer. I would also like to know who makes the best top. The folks at Paragon tell me they sell Al Knoch tops because thats what NCRS judges seem to like. I have heard good things about tops by Electron. Any opinions you have, I would be most glad to hear.
                              Thank you.
