In the Judging Guide it provides a description for the fuses;
10A - Red Stripe
20A - Clear
25A - White Stripe
But it does not address the 5A for the "INST" "LPS" service.
What color if any is the 5A fuse?

of 1967 and newer Corvettes that used the glass fuses and while a TAN stripe on the inside of the glass would probably be OK for manufacturing, it would certainly present a problem in visually inspecting to see if the 5A fuse was blown because the stripe would pretty much cover the exposed glass portion of the .650" long fuses. Those Fuse Engineers were always looking out for us owners and restorers.
